At Conntap, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn't working as expected, we're here to help.
1. One-Year Replacement Guarantee
If your Conntap product stops working due to a manufacturing or functional issue within 12 months of purchase, we will replace it at no cost—no questions asked.
Covered issues include:

NFC tap not working

QR code not scanning

Internal defects or device failure under normal use
Not covered:

Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

Lost or stolen items
To request a replacement, simply provide your order number or proof of purchase.
2. Standard Return Policy
We offer a limited but fair return policy for non-defective items.
30-Day Return Window
Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
Conditions for Return

Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging

Customized or personalized items (including pre-programmed URLs or branded devices) are not eligible for return unless defective
Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective
3. Defective on Arrival (DOA)
If your product arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it immediately at no charge.
4. How to Start a Return or Replacement

We'll take care of the rest quickly and make sure you're all set.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
